This company and all their employees are absolutely amazing! We called their business at one minute from them closing and desperate for help on our diesel engine where one of our turbo components that had blown off and we lost boost. They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly. You can tell they are all expert mechanics. I highly recommend them. Beautiful humans.

Took my car in to get something checked out. I thought I was going to have to leave it there for a while. But they were able to look at it immediately and figure out that it was just a minor electrical issue. They fixed it very quickly and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. They did a great job.

Awesome service! After spending nearly two completed days looking at used cars and dealing with greasy salesman we thought we had a good one. Took it to Rocky Mountain Auto Repair for a pre purchase inspection and they saved us big time! They walked me through all the problem areas of the car and took time to give us advice and tips on looking for a good one. After this experience I highly recommend them.

I had my car towed to their shop after having some difficulties, making it up Spanish Fork Canyon. I basically picked them off of a list provided by the tow company. I got a call the next morning and we worked through details of the troubles. Daniel was thorough and spent some time looking into possible causes. He was honest about what he found and suggestions and had both me and my pocketbook in mind great service great experience all around would suggest the shop to anyone in the Spanish Fork area.

Extremely competent and qualified auto shop for anything. The new owners of this shop are really turning it around and improving the quality of the work done. Able to make an appointment online. Very comprehensive inspection and communication about potential issues. Very reasonable and not pushy. They provided progress updates and photos. They called me to discuss the options. They were able to work with me and figure out a solution for a repair on an older vehicle. My entire steering and suspension system needed replacement, they were able to work out a bare minimum solution that was in my budget for this old car. Able to pay the shop electronically. Very fast and convenient.

I’ve had a couple really great experiences here. I’ve been there twice and worked with the same 2 guys. Both times they were super helpful, thorough and kind and didn’t overcharge. In fact the second time they didn’t charge me at all since they just tweaked a few things… which still helped my issue. I’ll definitely keep going back!

They changed my oil and then informed me (but didn’t pressure me) of some other things on my car that would need attention soon. I had them fix some of the urgent things. One thing got fixed and it created a new problem but they were so persistent in figuring it out! When I took it to another local shop to get a second pair of eyes, they two shop owners are neighbors and they sent me back with a new idea and Rocky Mountain fixed it this time! I really appreciate that they didn’t give up!

Rocky Mountain Auto is awesome! I had a ridiculous claim from Big-O so I took my car to this shop for a second opinion. Brody and Ty (the techs) took my car in right away and examined what was “wrong” and they even showed me underneath the car and explained the parts Big-O claimed to be faulty. Turns out, nothing was wrong and everything was functioning properly. Definitely a trustworthy shop and will be telling others to use Rocky Mountain Auto!
